We worked with Alfama, the fine-dining restaurant at Taj Cidade de Goa – Heritage, to capture the beauty and detail of their food.

The focus was on showcasing the flavours, textures, and presentation of their dishes, which are inspired by Goan and Portuguese cuisine. Each plate was styled and shot carefully to highlight its richness and elegance.

These images now help Alfama share their food story visually—giving guests a taste of what to expect before they even walk in.
